Member Services | ASLA Oregon Chapter In 2004 the Oregon Chapter in conjunction with National ASLA modified the Chapter's constitution and bylaws. These revisions were necessary so that the Chapter's constitution and bylaws are consistent with the Society's recently revised constitution and bylaws. In the fall of 2004 the Chapter membership voted in favor of adopting the revised constitution and bylaws. If you have any questions about the adopted constitution or bylaws or would like to request a hard copy of the constitution and bylaws please contact Brynn Reimann. Each are distributed geographically to represent members and provide opportunity for communication between members that are working in these areas.
