This position will allow you to showcase and hone your design and technical skills. You will have opportunities to work on various types of projects ranging from master planning to urban design, athletic facilities design and construction, and higher education institutions. You will work alongside other designers and planners that understand and practice fundamentally-sound design principles and that share a deep appreciation for creative solutions and smart materials.

Education and Experience:
Requires a Bachelor or Master degree from an accredited program.
Proficiency in Autodesk (AutoCAD), Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience with creative 3D and illustration platforms such as Sketchup, Rhino, Revit, Civil3D and Lumion is desirable.
Experience with design and production software such as Bluebeam, SpecLink, or LandFX is desirable
Ability to work with a team, foster healthy team dynamics, and share ideas openly and enthusiastically to ensure project and firm success.
Ability to communicate through verbal, written, and graphic communication formats.
Ability to evaluate and prioritize multiple important tasks.
Critical thinking to identify strengths, weaknesses or alternate solutions to a problem independently.
Professional judgment and decision-making processes to determine the most appropriate course of action.
This is a full-time position. (40+ hours/week).

Compensation is dependent on experience and skill and will be evaluated and determined during the selection process.
